Welcome to PayFanz.com ("PayFanz", "we", "our", or "us"), a platform designed for creators to share content and earn revenue, and for fans to support and discover talent. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PayFanz platform and services. By registering an account or using PayFanz, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

These terms apply to all users, including creators, fans, and affiliates, and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PayFanz. We do not permit registration, browsing, or content participation by minors. By using the site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

PayFanz enables creators to publish and monetize content such as videos, photos, and written posts. Fans may access and engage with content, make payments using crypto stablecoins, and optionally become affiliates. Affiliates can earn credit and revenue by referring traffic to creators.

Creators can earn revenue from fan tips, content unlocks, and future subscriptions. They will have the ability to manage and track performance metrics via the creator dashboard, which displays earnings, post activity, followers, likes received, and more. Users must register an account to use PayFanz services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may Sign Up for free during our beta phase or Sign In if you already have an account.

Content shared on PayFanz must comply with our Community Guidelines and be free from any adult, violent, illegal, or discriminatory material. We do not allow adult content of any kind. AI-generated content is permitted provided it complies with ethical standards and copyright ownership.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

Fans can support creators by sending payments using crypto stablecoins. In future updates, creators will be able to offer subscription-based content. Users may top up credits, which are held in-wallet and used for purchases on the platform. Creators may withdraw earnings to external wallets subject to compliance with crypto transaction protocols.

Users may opt to become affiliates and generate referral links. When a referred visitor signs up and makes a payment, both the affiliate and the creator may receive a share of the revenue. Affiliates must act in good faith. Fraudulent referrals or deceptive marketing will result in account suspension.

Creators may choose to make their profiles publicly visible, which allows search engines to index their page. By opting in, creators acknowledge that their username, media previews, and statistics may be displayed on the Discover and Discover Creators pages and externally via search.

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: impersonation, harassment, illegal promotion, data scraping, spamming, and attempting to exploit the payment system. We maintain the right to monitor usage and report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.

All original content posted by creators remains their intellectual property. By uploading to PayFanz, you grant us a limited license to display and promote your content on the platform. You must not post content you do not own or have explicit rights to use.

PayFanz is committed to protecting your personal data. All transactions are encrypted, and user information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Crypto wallet information is not stored in plaintext and is never sold or shared without consent.

PayFanz Ltd accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, technical errors, content interactions, affiliate disputes, or payment disruptions. You use the platform at your own risk. All content and features are provided "as is" without warranty or guarantee.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any user at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for actions that harm the platform, its users, or our brand.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of PayFanz after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
